A
couple of Saturdays ago, I threw a small get-together with close friends and
family. Why you ask? My friend from school, Kristin, is an independent
consultant for Scentsy. I’ve never tried their products before, but on a
planning day a little while ago, she brought all of her amazing scent samples,
and all day I smelled amazing smells (and lesson planned…).
I
fell in love with everything that came close to my nose, so of course, I wanted
to host a party!
She
is a busy mommy of two, so I told her I would get everything together for her
to just show up, show off her scents, and make some moolah. Because it was just
a little party, I didn’t have to decorate too much, but I wanted to be sure
that the product was the star of the show.
I
went all around town and found different styles and sizes of buckets to place
all the varying categories of the smells (there’s Kids, Classics, Scentsy Man,
and on and on). I then created labels to place on the containers with adorable
clothespins from the Target dollar section. The label font is called “Always
Here” FYI. You can get it here… Hehe.

Finally,
what is a party without food? I’ll answer for you. It isn’t one. I put together
a handful of finger foods that I knew the girls would gobble up. I made apple nachos (so dang good), spinach dip with those cute, flat pretzel things, a meat
and cheese platter, nuts, and a hometown favorite, Fudge Fancies (not pictured unfortunately). Does anyone
else in the world know what these things are?

The best part of the snacks? I
got to put it all on my Vietri plates and serveware. It was just beautiful and
amazing if I do say so myself.
Have you hosted a Scentsy Party before? Weren’t the perks amazing?! Tell me
what savings you received because you hosted one!
